To ensure the quality of our galvanized steel, Zitai Steel conducts precise chemical testing using the pickling (acid) method. A small sample of the galvanized steel is carefully weighed and then immersed in a controlled acid solution to dissolve the zinc coating without affecting the steel substrate. After thorough rinsing and drying, the sample is weighed again, and the difference in weight is used to calculate the exact zinc coating thickness. This method provides highly accurate results, allowing customers to understand the true quality of the galvanized layer, while ensuring our products meet international standards and performance requirements.
