Overview
Our galvanized/galvalume steel coils are made from high-quality cold-rolled, hot-dip galvanized, or electro-galvanized steel, coated with high-performance zinc or aluminum-zinc alloy layers. They offer excellent corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties. We produce a wide range of specifications, with thicknesses from 0.10–1.20 mm and widths of 700–1250 mm. Ultra-thin, large-size coils (0.10–0.15 mm thickness, up to 1000 mm width) meet international advanced standards, providing reliable, high-quality material solutions for our customers.
Applications
Widely used in building materials and decoration (composite panels, glass tiles, rolling doors), household appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, ovens), packaging containers, steel pipes and industrial tubing, as well as roofs, walls, and doors for industrial and commercial buildings and public facilities.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing Production Process
Raw materials (cold-rolled steel coil) → unwinding → shearing head and tail → welding → lye washing → lye scrubbing → electrolytic degreasing → water rinsing → hot air drying → inlet looping → reduction annealing → hot-dip galvanizing → zinc layer control (air knife) → cooling → finishing → stretching and bending straightening → passivation → drying → export loop → unloading → steel weighing → packaging → in stock.
Packing:
Three layers of packing: inside is kraft paper, middle layer is waterproof plastic film, outside is GI steel sheet, secured with steel strips with locks.
Export seaworthy packing: waterproof paper, inhibitor film, steel sheet cover with steel edge protectors, and sufficient steel straps.
Packaging details: according to customer's requirements.
