PPGL Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil is made from Galvalume alloy steel (55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon) as the substrate and finished with high-performance prepainted coatings. It combines the physical barrier protection of aluminum with the sacrificial corrosion resistance of zinc, offering superior corrosion resistance, weatherability, and high-temperature performance compared to standard prepainted galvanized steel coils (PPGI). The coating provides strong adhesion, vibrant colors, high reflectivity, and excellent formability.
